Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your Mous products in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days of arrival.
